Right behind you!
K idk but i think this might be bad for me, I got a .20 over bore wiseco piston with 10:25.1 compression, webcam .460 lift or what ever there high is, and kibble white race springs. Ill also have an edelbrock and a hmf pipe on there. I ride woods, is this going to be bad for me. I thought the pipe and the piston would help the bottem end while the cam did all the top end. How is this going to work out, am i totaly ****** in the woods now? Because thats what im thinking after reading another conversation on here.

O im not just riding woods im racing xc races too. I also like donig hill climbs and mudding how is this set up going to effect me?

You'll be fine, you would of probably been better of with the Web .390 but don't sweat it.

try it... i think youll see huge gains everywhere. if anything drop the front tooth

I have a similar set up and have no problems at all, the bottom end still pulls well and now there is a noticeable "hit" in the upper RPM ranges. If you want to keep it in the big power making range just ride at a higher RPM than normal, then when you give a stab of throttle the bike will rocket off like a SOB. Trust me man, I've ridden with the .390 and the .430 lift cams.

You should be ok but you didnt need that big of a cam..and u dont have the edelbrock yet do you?

Well i got the cam that was almost new with almost new kibble white race springs but both used for 150 so i got it because it was a good deal.

I just rememberd the tooth, totaly for got about that ill most likly try that if the bottem isnt working out for me

I just cant wait to put it all together. Its going to be bad ass.

honestly now.... do you think its actually going to make that much of a change that you cant ride it?

Banshees, and yfz's do the same kind of riding as all of us... and those things have no bottom end. its all in knowing how to ride.

Yeah it's just going to be a little harder to ride in the woods. With the rev's up higher it's going to want to spin the tires and the quad is going to be a little hard to control. I say it will take a little while to get used to the power band and then you'll really like it...

Idk i seem to be able ti ride with anything good in the woods. I mean i took a yfz pritty good one time, Soooo i think i will be fine, it probly will take some time to get use to but i think once im use to it im going to love the extra power.
