Right behind you!
K started the tear down of my warrior the rebuild of another one and the rebuild of my warrior. Really confusing dont have the time to explain.

Well we were taking the exhaust bolds off the engine that hold in the header and what do you know, rusted on. Some bitch right. Well i didnt know they were rusted on intill i snaped the first one off, I thought o its fine if i have at least on on there, so i hop over to the other one, what do you know its rusted too. So i threw on some of that j p **** idk what its called but it lossens rust. Well let that sit for a couple min, and started to take it off well it started to spin but it wasnt comeing off, it was unscrewing the bolt out of the engine. Then it stoped to a quick snap, another broken bolt off, i was super pissed. Now i havent tryed taking the bolts off yet but im sure the will both unscrew from the engine.

Now my question is has this ever happend to anyone? If so how super pissed were you even if it was one. Also another Q is does the yamaha deal sell those bolts so i can go screw them back into the engine and and still use it? Or am i going to have to go buy a whole new head?

i have had this problem many of times you can get the bolts and nuts for like 10 bucks and dont make the mistake i did the first time i did it my uncle told me to drill it and tap it to 1/4 20 so i did but those bolts broke off both of them did so i had to redrill it again to put heli coils in it then the heli coils got ripped out so now mine and heli coiled and have mass jb weld holding them in but yea one bolt wouldnt hole it in place right dont use an easy out thing either my dad did on his and it broke off in the bolt ended up costing him like 100 bucks to get it drilled out when the guy said he could have done it for like 20 if the easy out in it

It happens a lot. Snapped both of mine as well. Go get yourself an easy out extractor and a drill.

Yes the dealer does sell replacement studs.

I have the easy outs but i dont think i will need to use them, i think both of them are starting to come out of the head with ease. Soo ill get back to you guys today when i get home, i hope to be done with one of these bikes today, i wouldnt be surprized becuase yesterday we tore my whole warrior down. The only think im missing is a carrier for other warrior. So if i dont finish today it will be damn close all i would need are these two bolts, a carrier and to put my clutch in.
