In need of a UNI filter and adapter BAD!!!

If anyone has one like the pic my 02 really needs it bad it's not liking the stock filter at all I just don't want to pay $80 for a new one
might even have some things for trade let me know

can this UNI set up be used with the adapter or does it use the stock mounting method?

and where can I get just the adapter? that is of course if it can be used that way
