Intake boot bolt stripped

Ok so one of my bolts on my intake manifold that connects the boot to the block is stripped (its an allen bolt so the outside is of course round). How am i gonna get it out?:argh:

If u r removing bad boot u can cut through rubber and get it out of way and grab it with some vice grips or drill it.
