If you had some machining skills, and access to a lathe you could make your own. But all the ones I've seen are rubber.

At this time my buddy is real busy at his shop. I had a few members pm me about it but it just isnt worth the time it takes for him to make them. I can tell you though if you decide to make your own Ive beat the crap out of mine and had zero issues.
