hello lovers yfm350,
forgive me my bad English. I have an issue that many fans seem to have had already. My warrior 350 makes a noise at the intake and carburetor. Noise is a kind of "POP". The noise occurs at idle and is very random. I found a video which is pretty much my problem. No acceleration is needed on my warrior for the "POP" occurs. thank you for your help !!! This is not my warrior on this video but thé problème is similar.

Could be a lot of things, timing could be off, bad carburator boot, running too lean, ect.

Well first off I would check the carb boot by spraying carb cleaner around it while it is running. If it revs up at all, there is your issue. If it still persists, I would then clean the carburator and check jet sizes. Does your quad have any mods? Have you rejetted the carb?

Thank you for your help. The carburetor has been cleaned several recovery.I have 2 small mods. I have a slip on exhaust white brothers eseries. White brothers according requires no change to the carburetor. A Uni filter with no changes on the case. I had these changes before and I had no "POP" with the original jetting in the carburetor. I have already taken the test at the boot and it did not seem to leak, but I'll do it again to be sure.
