Even with a foam pit you still run a good chance of killing yourself. Ever see the Nitro Circus videos? Watch the 2nd and 3rd one, and you'll probably have second thoughts about foam pits. It's almost hard to watch.

If you see the vid, his mom broke her neck doing a backflip with travis driving. INTO A FOAM PIT, I have jump into them before and its not as cushiony as you think.
