JE 366 piston

Hi, i'm searching the web to see whats my best option and ended up with the JE 366 piston, is it worth it? is it gonna make a difference? do i have to install an oil cooler? any help is appreciated thanks.

oh another thing do i have to put new jets? running stock right now
