Jets?

[1987 Warrior]

Hi guys just a quick question. I have a 87 warrior and tried getting some new main and pilot jets to dial in my carb from my local Yamaha dealer and they no longer make jets for 1987 warriors so i was wondering if jets from a newer year warrior would fit?

they are the same carb only difference is the 2 throttle cables on the older ones instead of 1 like the newer carb

Dealers should have them in stock, they are pretty standard in most mikuni carbs. Sounds to me the dealership you go too needs to do some bookwork...
