If it's just when you hit the throttle quickly i'm 90% sure it's the accelerator pump giving you trouble. It's impossible to get rid of that bog completely with the stock carb, but when the accelerator pump is working properly it's good enough for normal riding.
To get your accelerator pump working you will need the plastic side cover and the bowl removed from the carb.
on the left side of this picture you can see the accelerator pump sticking up with a spring on the end. If yours doesn't have the spring you probably dropped it when you were swapping jets(that's how I lost mine) The spring out of an ordinary 'click click' pen works as a perfect replacement.
After you're finished with that put the bowl back on.
Next step is to push the rubber boot down over the pump, if it isn't already. It's the rubber thing in the bottom right corner of the carb in the next picture
Now open and close the throttle, and look to see if a plastic arm comes down and pushes the accelerator pump down, and that the pump pops back up when the throttle is released. If it does then your problem should be solved. You can hook the carb back up to the fuel line and work the throttle until the accelerator pump starts to squirt fuel into the throttle body if you want to make sure it's working.
I tried to make that as clear as possible, but let me know if you can't figure something out.
