I'm about to purchase a Pro Design ProFlow Foam Filter Kit for my 2007 Raptor 350. I ride at about 5m (13ft) I run stock exhaust with a Phoenix performance insert. I may want to do an exhaust in the future. So how does 147.5 Main and 25 Pilot sound? Would I have to go to 150 for the exhaust?

Yep

None of us can tell you exactly what you'll need man...we can get ya in the ballpark but you'll just have to test & tune. Typically, we see 1-2 sizes up on both the pilot & main. The best you can do is get yourself the 2 sizes up on the pilot & the 3 sizes up on the main. That should have you covered...typically.

Thanks for the input. I'm gonna order a 150 main and 25 pilot, which will hopefully be good, if I need to richen up I could always put the lid on.

I was talking about just leaving the lid on and running the same jets. I think 150 will be fine because I ride at nearly sea level and with my stock exhaust.

Yeah, I wanna run lid off, that's why I went with the 150 rather than the 147.5 Thanks for all the help!

Why are you thinking that?

if your not changing the exhaust your not really getting a whole lot more air through the engine. when i first got my raptor i pulled the spark arrestor and put a dyno jet kit in it which uses a different needle & spring and main jets and it was never lean on the pilot untill i installed the k&n clamp on filter. the exhast is well worth the $, the stock pipe is like trying to exhale thorugh a straw!

I'm planning on an exhaust very soon, so I figured I'd do my jetting now. Running rich can't hurt anything, other than running through plugs right?
