K&n filter

And i would be running with the lid on... so will it still fit?

You shouldn't have any problem with that fitting, it's the drop-in k&n filters that have fitment problems. You may have to dremel off some of the material on the lid for it to fit with the pro-flow adapter. It shouldn't be much trouble if you need to.
