K&N For Edelbrock

Does anyone know the part number for a clamp on air filter for the Edelbrock carb? i'd rather not run the stock air filter.

Do you mean to clamp directly on the carb? The edelbrock works with the stock airbox, so any of the clamp-on filter kits will work if you retain the stock airbox, I don't know about clamping a filter directly onto the carb though.

I was hoping to go direct on the carb. I'll look around for the other ones.

All you need is a filter that fits the outer diamter of them i think its either 1 1/4 inch or 1 1/2


I am planning on doing the same thing, except with a single stage uni with an outerwares over the k&n.

I was thinking the same thing, I might do some custom cuts to the airbox. I already have it drilled up quite a bit, but the uni really squeezes in there. I will probably just remove a large window from the non exhaust side of the box, that is where it is closest to the filter on the warrior. When I drilled the holes it actually made me have to richen the edelbrock up a click or two, quite impressive.

RU-2580 is the K&N Filter that clamps right onto the carb.
