My warrior keeps fouling plugs, i'm getting good fire and the only other thing i can think of is a fuel problem. My overflow hose was dripping gas when i left the gas on so that suggested my float was stuck. I took carb apart and worked the float up and down and sprayed carb cleaner in there and reinstalled it and its still fouling plugs. Think it could be a jetting issue? I havent been that deep into it yet. Just looking for some ideas, what do y'all think?

If it is still leaking gas from the overflow, the float height is too high and needs adjusting. You need to determine what fuel circuit is fouling the plug. Is it at idle? Mid range? Or wide open throttle? So.... you will need to do several plug chops to determine that. Also, make sure your air filter is clean and in good shape. Plus, make sure you are using a good quality plug (NGK all the way!!!!!)

ok so does it start fine once it has been running and warmed up?

what you describing is more like flooding, not fouling. dont pump the gas when you start it, every time you pump the gas that gives it a shot straight into the intake.

you really only need the stock pilot jet, even with a pipe and air filter.

your positive your getting good spark when you try to start it?

nope once it cuts off its still a bitch to start even when its warmed up. sometimes it gets fire immediately but others it takes forever for it to spark

try turning your gas off next time you turn the engine off so you wont get overflow, and once and if it starts back up easier you will know it is a float/needle issue.

oh so now you have a spark issue? are you sure the motor is turning over good... you starter clutch is not slipping badly is it?.... if the motor is turning over good then its time to check the stator... specifically the source coil
