Kibblewhite racing valve spring kit F/S

what is says the only catch is that its missing the lower collars, idk why but thats how i got it when i bought it with a cam, then i bought another new kit for 70 at webcamshafts.com. And now i have this sitting around, idk if you can buy the lowar callors so you might have to call in and ask them. But im selling this as is. Heres pics of what is included.
