knocking noise at full lock

hi all

i have just finished overhaul on my bigbear 350 and thankfully the motor runs good. however i have noticed that when i am at full lock either right or left there is a knocking which is coming from the left front side:tdown:. the CVs are in good nick as i serviced them when i took it down. this can happen at any speed on rough or soft ground. any thoughts?

Sorry man really wish I could help more... But could it be your locker is not fully engaging?
