hey guys i got this ktm, jon said it'd prolly need a new stator, were the hell is the stator located at? :-/

No offense man, but if you can't figure that out for yourself, you need to get a service manual before you try to do any work on it. By the way it sounds from other posts, you have quite a bit of work that needs done, and the service manual will give you instructions, pictures, and specifications for just about everything.

ebay, local atv shop (if they dont have one in stock they can prolly order one), search the net.
