Whats up everybody. I have a 05 rap 350 I wanna be able to hit the gas and get the front up. what do you think would work best the fmf, hmf, or yoshi. I really like yoshi but ive heard its best for mid and high range. Also is it best to get a good digital cdi box after the filter, jet, and exhaust? Has anybody had trouble with the cheap yamaha hardware stripping like the oil plug. I had to order a new one today and wait till it comes in to change my oil because im probably gonna really screw up trying to get it off! Thanks guys.

for low to mid range gains get the hmf, yoshi is a little better for mid to high.

I had trouble with my drain plug a few times, it doesn't seem to matter how tight you put it in, mine always gets stuck. The head on my first one rounded out, I took it off with a hammer and a chisel, this worked pretty good. The replacement I ordered has little knobs around the skirt of the plug so that when it's stubborn you can tap on the knobs with a hammer and a punch, bolt, etc. to break it loose.

the only reason it stripes is because you have the wrong size... or it's a 6 pt. use a 12 pt. socket.

You don't need to tell me what happened. The **** is always stuck, I needed to use a breaker bar, and that rounded it out. I used a 17mm 6 point socket, why would a 12 point be better? There's less contact area between the socket and the plug with a 12 point.

ive had problems with that damn thing and also the zert fittings breaking off. They seem to make some cheap hardware. I work on F-15's for a living and ive never busted of a zert fitting on them.

assuming that you mean the air plane... they are militarys jets.. they probly pay like $50 a peice for one of thsoe damn things ::) ::)

for low-mid power i would definately get the hmf. i have the hmf slip-on with the fmf hi-flow header and the front end lifts quite easily
