I'm super uncompfortable in them. I find the seats hard as rock, and lacking any conture to them, but, the interiors are very roomy. That Ford did do right (which is something I love about my GM, Dodge knows not what leg room is). I personally have never cared for Ford's chassis designs. C channel went out of style 30 years ago, and they lack the number of cross memebers that I feel a 1 ton truck should have. Their steering is antiquated at best. Even with the alignment perfect, and the balljoints good and tight (common wearing point on SFA trucks) they still wonder down the road, and you have to "scrub" the wheel side to side to keep it driving straight. They do use beefy components, but they handle like an old quarry dump truck. I couldn't remember what trans it could have in it. I don't keep up with the Ford units, other then tearing them out and puttin em back in. A quality shift kit, and upgraded internals with a deep trans pan will greatly improve it's life span and performance. The interior does look clean on it, though, and if the bed is the worst part, a noice aluminum flat bed would be a great addition. It's not a bad truck, but, lacks in areas that I personally feel could have deffinetly been done better. But, hey, it's not my money. If you want it buy it, no skin off my nose.
