i just got a barnett clutch kit i was wondering if there was a lighter flywheel or aftermarket clutch basket i can get ive looked everywhere. i have a 96 warrior few mods nuthin really to mention besides a keihin 38mm carb pro design air filter kit with no lid, cheap dg steel exhaust and old beat itp tires and rims. also whats the biggest crank and piston kit you can get, ive seen a 448 from four stroke tech is that the biggest? they also have a fan and oil cooler kit

I don't believe thay make a lighter flywheel for a Warrior, but I think they make a stronger clutch basket.

Any machine shop could lighten you stock flywheel.

But i know that Duncan does it for the warrior... 75 bucks...

No aftermarket clutch baskets have been that ive ever seen.

And right now a 446 is the biggest stroker you can get from a shop that ive seen on the net ... however im not saying something custom could have been produced at another shop around here..... check around...sometimes you can get lucky and find shops willing to do custom apps and they know what they are doing.

Nobody makes an aftermarket flywheel, but if you take yours to a respectable performance machine shop they should be able to lighten it for you.

Right now the biggest bore/stroker kits out there are the ones from FST and powroll, 430-446. FST used to make a 500 but they discontinued it. Once on ebay there was even a 1-off setup somebody made that was 522 or something like that. I don't think i'd want to go much higher than a 430 anyways just because of having to keep the thing cool.
