i need to know where neutral sensor switch is suppose to be located 1988 warrior 350 thanks

Right below the sprocket on the motor.

i guess mine is missing im tryin to rebuild it completely what does it do exactually and will it start without it?

There is a wire going down the left side of the engine the leads to a post on the engine. if its not there, it only turns on the light on the dash that shows neutral. It will start without it.
