Its rough, but appears to be solid. Some one should pick it up.

It looks like it was sitting in a salt bath. Also the tube section where the bearing carrier goes had the hole cut into it... they dont typically have holes in them for grease zerks.

wowo, thats rough. Somone paid good money for that at one point then it just sat outside and wasted away it looks like.
Id make for a good project. Blast and PC it, fix up the carrier and install new bearings. good as new.
