Loose a arm

So i noticed I have a small amount of play in one of my a arms where it bolts to the frame. I tried to tighten it but didnt really help. Could the lack of grease be my problem or what do i need to do to fix this.

ya need an a arm bearing kit, might as well replace all of them.

When you have it apart, make sure the bolt holes in the frame aren't egged out/sloppy. Replace any worn bolts also.
