Loosing power while riding

If you get on it or jump, when you land, it bogs way down and runs rough for a minute. If you go to take off fast it will do the same thing. Im thinking possible spark issue? Any help is appreciated.

It could be, or it could be fuel slosh in the float bowl from an incorrectly adjusted float height.
