ya, its set up for flat track or tt racing. they have to be lower to take the turns better. looks pretty cool though.
 
you can actually see the added on linkage on the swingarm. It's right infront of the plastic chain guide, it's alittle blurry, but you can make it out.

my question is why would someone want to race a 350 raptor or warrior on a flat track. arnt flat track bikes really fast ??? And unless he has a bunch of **** done to it i dont think its going fast any time soon.
 
you can race any quad in different classes, im sure it has a place, maby it will fit the rider, thats like asking a 10 year old why he doesnt race anything faster than a blaster or something like that
 
Actually it looks to me like its set up to ride on the street. Notice the turn signals.
 
i can barely make out the turn signals, but i think you are right. looks like it would be fun to ride on the street!
