I really like the cut that I run on my fenders, only problem is that they were way to floppy and when you add some mud to the situation, they really started to pull down. I finally wielded up some new brackets, there a little over kill but at least my fenders aren't going anywhere. I still have to finish grind and paint them. Also thinking about drilling them to cut a little weight off.

And pic of my quad in the nude, I think it looks badass.

Welp, here's the end result. I'm happy with them. Looks weird with the fronts off, but sure are strong as hell with them on. I also went and welded the rear fender brackets on. Those damn bolts always backed out on me anyways.

nice job. i was watching some of ur vids deadlast and was wondering if boring and a cam gives u noticeble power???? i have a friend with a suzuki lt250 that is so flippin fast my warrior cant keep up. what all could i do that would help it out??

wel, ur never gunna be able to beat a powerband. Just the reality of it all. Hells yeah a bore and cam helps. Think Air to fuel = power. the more air you can mix with fuel at the right proportion and are able to get into and out of the chamber in one stage, the faster your quad will be.

Start simple, direct filter, lid off box, proper jetting and ugrade the exhaust. Then I'd move on to a bore, P&P, cam, and valves....also open up the valves +1 if you can afford it (I still have stock valve size). After that would be stroker. the more you dig into it, the more expensive it becomes.

Its easy to buy a fast bike, its fun to build one. And if you can out ride your friend, you can beat 'em.

i had to do the same thing on my rear brackets, cause my bolts snapped when i went to remove them. i may have to copy your front bracket cause i want to remove more of the grey plastic.

yeah, what I did was over kill, but my cheap ass didn't want to go buy some round bar. I chopped up an old metal chair and used that. But hey, the front fenders are solid as a rock now. I just gotta try and not wreck, I have a feeling those will bend and crack my fronts........umm, I'm contemplating my decision now, hahahah.

dont feel bad bout being cheap man ill just get the lightest metal i can get my hands on for cheap in hopes itll bend before it cracks the fenders.

im a way better driver my quad just dont have the balls to beat his haha
