Magic Racing

I placed an order with magic racing on friday and got the stuff today. I love shipping from them. Anyway I told them I needed an outerwears prefilter for the K&N filter that used the adapter, NOT the stock filter. He said okay got that. Anyway I got the stuff today and opened the box and its the prefilter for the stock filter... So I call them and tell them the problem he checks and they don't stock the prefilter I needed. He said I could send it back and they would give me a refund, but I figured 13 bucks isn't worth it. I figured when I finally get a crankcase filter to go in my air box I am cut this one and sow it to fit. It might look cute! haha.

I hate that they don't have the one I want/need. I do 99% of my busniness with magic and hate to spend money with other companies. They have been great to me. They are going to "look out" for me on my next order. What sucks the most is when I find the correct prefilter I am going to have to pay WAY too much shipping, unless I order some other stuff of course. Oh well, Im over it.

Just figured I would share my experience with magic racing to all. I wasn't mad about it, and I am sure he could tell from the tone of my voice. Mistakes happen and I knew they would help me out. Thats why I love http://www.magicracing.com ;D ;D

hey pelphrey next time you place a big order there on the bottom of the page in the comments/suggestion box tell them you want a free magic racing t-shirt. thats what i done and i figured i wouldnt get it even though i spent over $400. but i was wrong they sent me one, too bad it was xxl and i only wear a medium.

They are a few minutes away from me, the only downside is I have to pay sales tax. I highly recommend their rotors and the srp products, they've held up great for me!!! ;D ;D ;D

Don't get too pissed off pelph, that is a common mistake to make on the warrior filter and several others out there. That happened to my buddy when he ordered the filter kit from prodesign at motoman (mototards as we call it locally here). That place is only 15 minutes away from me too, even closer than magic, and they are ******* RETARDED in there!!!

I do shoping at about 50% Rockymoutain and 50% MagicRacing depending on which has the better price.

When i got my handguard's from PowerMadd they asked me what size t-shirt threw e-mail and i told them large. I received an xxl, lol.

But like Pelphrey said, mistake's happen.

Dennis kirk will have the profilter size you need.


I buy 50% from dennis kirk... 30 % from ebay.... 20 % from rocky mountain.

Denniskirk has ****** up to many of my orders like my rims but i finaly got thos. so i dont buy that much from them anymore

If i'm not getting part's from sponsor's then i actually buy everything from DennisKirk. Everything i have order'd from them has been right and arrived two day's after i placed the order.

They'll also beat any price by $1 and free shipping if it's an order over $100

I've delt with a few shops, and never had a problem with any of them, the worst thign so far was three missing idiot lights( dash lights) in the box, we called K and k, who we ordered it from, and they refunded us for the lights AND sent us new ones.
