Manifold Carburator intake problems.

Help. The four wheeler is getting gas to the carburator but isnt running. the little rubber intake that goes from the carburator to the top end was dry rotted would this have anything to do with it not running.

It could but usually they will still run just run lean. You prolly got some plugged jets. Might need to clean the carb.
