well guys i finally got some of my motor pics on my computer, they are just cell phone pics .... after tearing the cases apart i found this

note the crack from the out put to shifter

the oil galley under the crank

yeah those cases went to the scarp pile

trans and crank in the new right side case

left side case on and bolted up .... i used red loctite gasket eliminator to seal the cases

then i got on a roll and forgot to take pics when i put the jug and head and clutch side together SORRY

lower timing marks

cam gear timing marks

rotor,starter clutch, fly wheel ,and starter idler gear installed

cam cover and sprocket installed

thats all have for now but here is a pic of my little man working on his 49cc quad
