Yeah, Ive thought about that too. I like supposrting forum user's and "someones friend" usually will charge less then a shop.

I am 100% sure the guy we use four upholstery will be able to help you out with that... seat looks AWESOME! We do a TON of work with them and i can check on a price for you. I am going in next week to drop off a bike seat i made to have it wrapped

Is the hump foam? I have trim buddies who ride but don't get on the forum. Could try to make our own if we knew wat it was. Is cover custom made or modded out of say a gripper cover?

the hump is made out of a foam piece and the cover is a modded replacement.

Schweet. The hump is foam, its just that new cover needs made for it to work. Quadtech developed the "hump seat" 2005 to keep the rider in that "sweet spot". Thing is, that sweet spot on a warrior is a little further up then this hump is.

Ideally if they could make one like how they do (gripper center and sides and vinyl side backing and hump) would be premo! It doesnt need to be too tall, just something to keep your ass from going to far back, and a little bit os a slant to it makes it look just right.

If a company really wanted to do it right, they would sell the cover and the hump foam as a do-it-yourself kit. Talk with your buddies and use your warrior seat for testing.

I think I'd be cool if people started making TALL seats for the warriors again.

I'm going to attempt it when I recover mine over the weekend. Have some noice lengths of 1" foam that something came packed in. Going to shove it under the seat cover, hopefully it works. That, and lowering the pegs and raising the stem should make this bike feel ultra comfy.

What is gripper material made from? Need to see what we can order thru work. Would full gripper work? Easier to wrap/fab. Taller seat should also b no prob. Have high density foam at work and could add/shape however and then wrap whole thing. Think this would work?
