my warrior stutters

hey guys first time user learned alot from just reading but i got a problem bought a 97 warrior rebuilt top end piston,rings,jug,and used the same head all stock has aftermarket carb it idles fine but when i rev it up it sound like its chokeing or starving one of the two p brake has been blocked off at the caliper and new clutch lever without the controls when drivin it goes in every gear just not fast chugging and sputtering any idea would help alot thanx:atv:
