Its been a while but Ive got the itch to get another warrior. Problem is I have to get my bayou 220 fixed to sell
I put the top end together and I have a problem. I have two small o rings left about the size of a dime. I didnt find anywhere to put them when I was assembling everything. The are about the size of a dime. Any ideas? They came in the top end gasket set. Everything else was used.

Thanks fellas

Yeah there were dowel pins. I kinda thought they had something to do with the dowels. Didnt want to pull everything back apart until I was sure though.

It's been a while since I've had the top end off one of thoe bikes, but if memory serves, there are no o-rings around the dowls. The two o-rings you are referring too are probably for the rocker shafts. Let me consult my manual.

Ive got it apart and the orings arent wanting to fit anywhere. Im going to leave them off. The only orings that small I can find on a parts diagram go under the valve guides

Top end is together and this pile runs. Smokes a lil out of the top end but who knows what that is. Just want to sell this thing cheap. Looking at a warrior that needs rings for $350

I was trying to get on the net lastnight to tell you that is where those o-rings go.

I couldnt find anywhere on the rocker shafts for an o ring. They just press in through the head and rocker, then are held on by a small metal plate with 2 screws.
