needle position? im a jackass

Ok ok, I have gone through the instructions on jetting. Looked at all the stickys. However I still have a question.....I'm putting a slip on and upen lid with k and n. I have a 150 main in it with the stock pilot. Should I move the Clio position on the needle? I have not run it yet but would like to do it while its apart. Sorry for the dumb question....

Ok I'm just gonna run it and see what it does. From what I read on the stickys u thought the main just effected the last 1/4 throttle..
