new top end still white smoke

hey guys having problems with 2002 warrior just put new piston and rings and the guy that did it i don;t think he put new valve seals in everything is running i had sum issues with carb i jetted it and cleaned it well, the problem is it still smoking, white smoke, just found out my intake boot is cracked so gonna replace that. any ideas, i assume i need tto take the head back off replace valve seals, any help would be great Thanks

oil smoke will have a blueish tint to it, white is condensation in the exhaust and should go away when it's dried up.
