Today was an awesome day to go riding .. sunny nice. Loaded the fourwheelers off the trailer today and the warrior started right up after replacing the stator and pickup coil so I thought that was great! After getting some help from griff on jetting and **** I let it warm up and took it for a spin. I could feel the bike fall on it's face right around 1/2 or 1/4 throttle some where in there, it was right when the accel pump kicked out.. So I lenghted that out to about 3/4 throttle and that fixed that stumble at that throttle postion. Now you can wack the throttle open and she reponse like mad. I think I went a little lean on the main though, coming off the needle to the main at 3/4 throttle it has a little stumble and like it almost looses power right there but then as you open the throttle more it seems like it picks back up in hp. I put 2.5 degrees of advance on the cam timing and that really seemed to lower my torque and hp delivery.. I couldn't shift fast enough with the 13T. Took away that sick midrange I had and moved it lower in the rpm band. It just lights the tires up in 3 to 4 gear around corners and will pick the front end up if the rears aren't spining. I think I actually might put the cam timing back because I love the hit that it brings in the mids. So I have a slight stumble at about 1/3 throttle (right when the accel pump kicks in) and it seems like the the bike is soft in that area.. and then at about 3/4 throttle has a little stumble. So other then those two spots it ran really really good. I'm impressed. Just what I wanted as far as power goes. It's not a massive gain but you can tell it's got more there.
Anyway I'm beat.. thanks for reading I'm going to bed.
