Alright i just rejetted my Warrior because i got a new k&N proflow airfilter and no cover. And while i was taking it out for a spin id get to WOT (Wide open throttle) and let of for a sec then id get back on the gas again.. As i got on the throttle again (after letting off) it was kinda sputter for a sec then take off again..

when you got back onthe throttle, was it a stab at it from like 1/4, 1/2 to WOT, if so mine does that, and I think it's normal. I have no problems when i get on it a decent amount, but if I just stab the throttle, there is a very minor stumble then it goes.

does it happen throughout the rpm range from low to WOT, and when mid gear to WOT, and then up high then up to WOT? if it's only when in a certain part of the gear then you can narrow it down to what part needs to be adjusted, if it is jetting. If it happens all over the place, then you either may be off a little bit across the board, or it's how it's going to run.
Sorry other then that I can't help out much more...

no whats happening is probably caused by the wrong jetting or if your real low on fuel that will happen, just this evening i got on my warrior went out threw the yard and opened er up and it was bogging at WOT. then i switched it to reserve and it ran fine so try turning it to reserve or fill er up.

Well i think its running to rich because theres still a little black soot coming out of the exaust pipe so im ganna try backing out my mixture screew a half a turn.
