What the hell kind of a dealer would cover water damage under warranty, but then deny a claim when the problem is a legitimate defect? In the end it's always going to be the dealer's responsibility to approve or deny the claims. A dealer that is irresponsible enough to approve fraudulent claims, and then deny the legit claims deserves to go out of business anyways for treating their customers like that.
