Ohio titling, registration and insurance

I bought my YFM with a title.. but it is not signed by the previous owner. can I still have the title transferred to my name? is registration required in ohio?

and do you need a title to get insurance in ohio?

Yes.

Required if you plan on riding on state owned land (ex: Hatfeild and McCoy trail system, ect.)
