oil cooler on 88 mounting ideas

So what did you guys do to mount it since the light mount is about 8" from the bumper, I'm planning on running the 6x12 cooler they sell at auto zone. remove the lights? and replace with aftermarket lights, I want to run lights, anyone have a cheaper version of the trail tech style of lights.

Here is what I came up with, should still be able to run stock lights but I still dont like the way stock lights look.

when i had my cooler on my 87 i just took the headlight off the bent the mounting tab for the lights down so i could mount the cooler flat.
