does anyone know what kind of cooler i should go with??? and what size/kind of AN fittings, and braided lines should i go with? thanks!!!

Cooler wise what ever fits your desired mounting location. I have a few I could recommend, but would need a little more info. AN fitting size I recommend 6AN, it has the same inner diameter as the galley in the cover. Line size you would just go with the same size as the fittings as they work together. Done a few kits for braided setup's

i was thinking 3/8 for the outlet size. do you have a link for the braided lines you would recomend? i saw that you mod the covers... how much would it be if i sent you one of my covers and the fittings?

oh and i was either going to mount it behind the upper a arms or half under the hood and half outside of it (damn first gen frames lol).

I got a Derale cooler from Summit for my 88. It isn't super big, I think it is 5x8.5" if I remember right. I went with it because of the lack of hood space to put it under. Mounted it between the hood and bumper. Works well, too.

Couldn't tell ya. At first I had the big bear set up. I'm in the middle of a complete resto & stroker engine build, and am going with the clutch cover on this one. Be next week before I have the lines made.

I do have a Setrab oil cooler already set up for 6AN lines that Im not using anymore. Works great, I just need a different setup for how my quads changing. 6AN is about a perfect size for our setups. Heres probably a bit longer than you need, but the people sell different lengths. I prefer buying pre-made is it can be a pain to get everything put together. http://www.ebay.com/itm/251218950755?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
