Parking brake wires

Hey guys I got rid of my parking brake perch and just got clutch lever I had to cut one of the wires to get it running cuz it wouldn't run what do I do with the other one?

Will it cut it or no I'm asking cuz my quads apart and hope to be runnin tomorrow and if I do cut it how do I do I twist them together or not

im confused..what exactly are you cutting? you should be able to just remove the parking brake cable and even the housing on the rear brake

The two wires that go into it just connect the two together.
