Pic differs from tech diagrams

Hi all, the pic below is from my YFM 03, recently bought, the rubber coupling cracked and engine stops when idle plus the other problems as air gets in/out. Went online to look for the replacement and the tech diagrams show a different part. Dnt know if the previous owner changed something or what is it.
If anyone knows the part number , the name or if the diagrams actually correspond to the pic will really appreciate it.
