is that pipe loud? cause i was lookin at a 400ex with one of them and we were trying to pop start it ( loooong story ) and we could get it to go put put put and it was mad loud

oh yeah my suggestion is get some red handlebars that would look sick and maybe a light gap cover

Looks sweet! I really can't come up with much that I would change on it, but I think douglas polished wheels would look really awesome on it. A red or silver gas cap would go good with it too.

Are your levers comfortable to grab angled down like that? It looks like it would be hard to reach around for them if you were sitting down.

pipe=fairly loud, seems to do decent enough, for some reason i like my levers at that angle, ive changed them but thats where they always end up. theres a gap cover that i made up that sits flat and follows the contour of the inside of the hood, so its not just open. thanks for the comments guys

its kind'a getting there...my suggestions: get/make different heel guards...get a light gap cover that follows the lines of the outside of the hood...different pipe and a edelbrock to go with the edelbrock sticker

by the way nice A-arms, hubs, scoops and colors

just wondering: y is the left scoop held on different than the right one

I wish i had some hondas to race around here or a 400 or something!, no one really has very many sport atvs around me. The scoops were just thrown together one weekend and were supposed to be a temporary thing but got left on there and the head pipe was in the way of mounting them the same so thats how they ended up.

Hey man Love your quad. How's the oil cooler working for you? Did you have to block off between your holes that you drilled? if so what did you use?

yes i blocked off between the tapped holes, im pretty sure you have to if you want it to work and yes the oil cooler made a ton of difference, especially mounted where it is. i used jb weld and let it set up a full day. Within about 5 minutes of starting it the cooler is warm and it definately lowers temps. The front fenders dont help a whole lot but they do stop some stuff on turns, id cut them more but i dunno we'll see
