I ma unure of the year of my warrior, it seems newer, but has old headlights. The VIN is like unreadable cause the numbers were not pressed well. I was wondering how different the pistons were in warriors, cause I am re ringing it. Mike

Assuming it's the stock piston they should be all the same, the engine's internals are the same for all years. I'd be surprised if it was the stock piston though, it's unlikely that the stock piston and bore lasted 17 years.

That would be some **** tho..hahahaha

As he said...but if it stock or a few years old you should check the sleeve out...just to make sure all is well

hahaha My 89 is still bone stock, and has lasted that long! Its all about maintenance boys...anyhow I ordered a stock re ring kit, some sprockets, 11 front 42 rear. a master link, and some chain rollers. Mike

I've maintenanced the **** out of mine but the top end riding has cut the piston/bore life to only 4 years before losing compression and starting like ****. My motor will finally be rebuilt by memorial weekend.

Wow, my 85 ATC 350x is still completely original except for the grab bar (snapped it doing wheelies) and it's still running strong.
