Play in the Axel

I just bought a 04 Wolverine, it is a great machine but i allready found a few proublems.

First: Where my front axel's go into the boot there seems to be play. I can move the tire back and forth. Also when i drive it i can feel the play a little bit. But i can feel it the most if i grab the top of the tire and shake it back and forth. What do you think the could be? The prev. owner also put larger tires on it, could that have made something wear out quicker?

Second: I need a front rack, anyone got one for sale?

Other than that, i love the machine and think Wolverine's are the way to go.

When u pull or push on the front tire, determine if its the connection at the upper A arm or lower A arms connection points, The ball joints. Uppers are only replaceable with the whole arm as there welded in place. I cant remember if the lowers are replaceable or not? I wouldn't drive it too long with play in these items. I've seen my buddy loose an upper ball joint at about 40mph and it wasn't a pretty picture.
