yea that is true. its hard when you dont have access to a machine shop! LOL!

Alex aluminum gets hot super quick key isnt keeping it hot key is not to melt the **** out of it. Its not a lap joint that would need to be welding its a tube hard as **** to weld. I know how to weld chief worked at roush for 2 years at allen park plant welding prototype exhausts and bodys. Dude im going to start calling you Robin the boy wonder. Where do you get all your information (google)

welding aluminum is from experience. and i never said you didnt know how to weld. and i dont think this tubing for the nerfs is hard to weld. it is pretty thick dude. at least my DG alloys are. and what i mean by keeping it hot is keeping it at the right temp without melting it.

Problem is without a jig things will warp. Its just not worth spendin 200 bucks on nerfs only to destroy them modding them lol. Well I am impressed you know as much as you do with how old you are

i dont know THAT much dude. but i do just ABSORB information the first time i hear it. sometimes thats a bad thing though....

I've got the Pro Aluminum nerf bars on my bike. They are for sure the best I've ever seen or used. Integrated pegs and heel guards.
