The father son project 66 fairlane pro street 2000 mustang QA1 strut with ladder bar rear 351 cleveland with tunnel ram and c4 reverse valve body. my dads been working on it for 6 years and he cant sell it so looks like were gonna focus on finishing it now. Probably will be in the 9's when its running

Goona needs some uuummpf to get a car that big in the 9's! Those things are not light! Any Idea when it was first built to race? Im kind of an old style drag race geek...

Not sure its been a drag car most of its life then we got it and pit it on the street then my dad built the chassis for it and itll easily do 9's it was in 11's when the chassis couldnt handle all the motor had

Running a tube chassis or just stiffened up the stock stuff? That things gonna be sweet all finished up.

Kinda both he tied the subframe in but theres really not much left after the mustang swap so its more like a rectangle tube chassis

I love see'n projects like this. Although I'm not a huge Ford fan, that does look like a badass car. Love the old tunnel ram.
I'm working on a 81' Pontiac Lemans (sedan, cause their lighter than the 2 doors). I'm building a 350 Olds to drop in it. 10:1 comp. Edelbrock heads, 7111 intake, and a XE274 flat tappet cam. I hope to get 430hp+, and plan on seeing mid 12's.
But mine is gonna be a street car.
