Question of the day/ Tire Combos

What are the advantages/disadvantages to running Mudders/Knobbies on the fronts of these warriors? What is your favorite trail/mud and race/drag tire setup and why? Personally looking to probably mismatch knob fronts and thinking ITP Zillas for the back. Anyone like a CHEAP still quality knobbie front?

I run kenda maxx on the front. Cheap tire. Seems to hold a good line and hold up in the woods.

Beast they hold up good to rock and root?? Dunno whats on mine but they been on her long enough to start dry rotting with no plugs! That is a good tire haha bike isn't in front of me or I would check!

Ive got Razr fronts and Kenda Klaw rears. Im extremely happy with the Kenda's, Ive run them in everything from sand to mud. I havent gotten stuck at all, just slowed a bit!

Most of what I've seen from the GNCC guys they like razr's on the rear and razr2's on the front. I'm kinda thinkin about the GBC Race Rex's for the front of my 450. They look good, 6 ply and good reviews.

changed my mind I found a mix match set of GBCs Gator rears and X Rex fronts for 302 shipped...

Yea I looked at the BKT but I really want the thicker 6 ply tire...yea the Rex GBC look like a great match for my personal setup as well. I can always mess around with different rears and gears but I want to stay solid on my front tire selection.

runnin itp holeshot xcr in the front nd i just picked up a free set of dunlops off a yfz fer the rear. i used ta have mudlites n they tore **** up

carlise badlands up front and maxxis all tracks in the rear for me all seems to hook up well for me
