1.) when i pop the clutch and make the tires spin or do doughnuts, something pops or kind of jerks the quad a little. It's hard to explain. I was just wondering if this is normal or there is something wrong.

2.) when I am on the quad not moving, and I shift it into first it goes into the gear with a thump. normal?

The first thing you're talking about, from what I can tell, is just the chain snapping tight when the slack gets pulled out of it. The 2nd one may be because your clutch is dragging a little bit, don't worry about it.

k thanks guys. I never thought about the chain! haha, im sure that is it because not long after I got the quad, me and my dad tried to tighten the chain but the thing is too tight and we can't move it! so it's still untightened. and that answers all my questions! thanks

#2 is pretty common, consider it normal.

as for #1 I dont know wtf you are talking about.

hahaha, yes it's kind of hard to explain but I know it's the chain. I just never thought about it. We can't tighten it! the thingy is too tight!

lol, the thingy. Gotta explain yourself a little better there, but if your talking about any of the nuts / bolts that hold the axle carrier in place you could try a little heat on the nuts to help break them loose.

yes that is a good idea. I just have to get my dad to bring the warrior home and we can do all this **** to it.

-flip the rims
-take off airbox lid
-tighten chain
-adjust handlebars and put on new elec starter

only little **** and maybe a few other little things. i dno, not much but I haven't done anything to my quad yet so i want to do something by myself

mine too.....you either need to take a link out of your chain if it is new or ifit is old just replace it and make it fit by taking links out and make it so you can tighten it cause it will strech....but yes all of the things your quad is doing is normal

well the chain is stock from 'o2. But me and my dad will try heating the thing that you need to tighten and see if it works. I'm trying to get the quad home but I doubt thats going to happen before christmas
