How much does it cost to get a gasket kit installed by a shop? Or is it pretty simple to put them in yourself? (trying to get oil to stop covering my engine)

depends on what gaskets you wanna change, gasket kits dont cost to much you can get the tusk kit for about 36 shipped on ebay.

Depends where it's leaking at.

Oil is on top of the engine. Seems to be coming out of the main seal where the top end and the bottom end meet

its really simple man just get a service manual...theres a free one online. the link is on here if i find it ill post it

Cylinder base gasket. Pretty easy. Like was said, get a manual. Pretty straight forward.
